Every Veteran Deserves a Place to Call Home
Operation Honor was born from a simple belief: the men and women who served our country deserve more than gratitude — they deserve safe, quality housing and real pathways to homeownership and stability.
Through Operation Honor, Lawson Development Group is developing dedicated veteran housing in Maple Heights, partnering with VA organizations, nonprofits, and city agencies to create wraparound support systems that go beyond four walls.
Our flagship project — the Maple Heights Veterans Senior Living & Wellness Campus at 16231 Broadway Avenue — represents our most ambitious commitment to veteran care and community building.

A transformative mixed-use development designed specifically for veterans — combining senior living residences, a wellness center, community gathering spaces, and supportive services all under one roof. This campus will serve as a model for veteran-centered community development in Northeast Ohio.
